President

|
Mr. ANGELITO D. BERMUDO is the President and
Chief Executive Officer of MIESCOR and subsidiaries-
Miescor Builders Inc. (MBI) and Miescor Logistics
Inc (MLI). Concurrently, he is the Senior Vice
President of MERALCO.
Lito,
as he is more commonly known, has over 30 years
experience in construction. He brings with him
institutional memory of AG&P’s proud 112-year
history. He was the former President and CEO of
AG&P Company of Manila and had prior engagements
with AG&P’s former owner, DMCI, as Director of
several affiliated companies.
Prior
to AG&P and DMCI, Lito worked with Linde Arabian
Contractors in a number of key roles, including
Marketing and Business Development, Senior Contracts
Manager and then, Deputy General Manager of Linde’s
Middle East operations.
Lito
is a licensed mechanical engineer and a graduate of
Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from
the University of the Philippines in Diliman, Quezon
City. He also holds a Masters degree in Business
Management from the Asian Institute of Management in
Makati City.

Mr. OSCAR S. REYES
is
currently chairman of the board of the following companies:
MIESCOR, Meralco Energy, Inc., CIS Bayad Center, Inc., MRL Gold
Philippines, Inc., and serves as Director of many prominent local
companies. He has earned his Master Degree in Business
Administration
from Ateneo Graduate Scholl of Business. He took the Program for
Management Development at Harvard Business School in Boston. He
underwent the Business Management Development Program (leading to
a diploma in Business Administration and a Certificate in Export
promotion) at Waterloo Lutheran University in Canada. He attended
the Business Management Consultants and Trainers' Program in

Mr.
JESUS P. FRANCISCO is currently the President of Clark
Electric Distribution Corporation (CEDC) and Vice Chairman of the
Meralco Industrial Engineering Services Corporation (MIESCOR) both
are subsidiaries MERALCO. He is also connected with three other
MIESCOR subsidiaries, namely: Miescorrail, Inc (chairman and
President), Miescor Logistics, Inc. (Chairman), and Miescor
Builders, Inc. (Chairman).
Prior to his appointments with the above-mentioned subsidiaries,
Mr. Francisco had a long career in MERALCO having joined in 1971
as a Management Trainee and finally become President and Chief
Operating Officer up 2001, a position from which he retired in
January 31, 2009.
Aside from his commitment to the above named companies, he is a
member of Philippine Foundation for Science and Technology; and
the Council of Advisers, UP Engineering Research and Development
Foundation Inc. (UPERDFI); and the Tau Alpha Fraternity.
He
obtained his Mechanical and Electrical Engineering degrees from
the University of the Philippines Diliman in 1963 and 1966,
respectively. In 1971, he earned his MBA (with distinction) from
the Washington Sycip Graduate School of Business, Asian Institute
of Management. In 1982, he attended Harvard School’s International
Senior Managers Program in Vevey Switzerland, an off-campus
management program, and 1986, Strategic Business Economics
Program, University of Asia and the Pacific.

Commerce, Major in Management from De La Salle University. He is

Meralco subsidiaries. He also served

Mr. RENE G. BAÑEZ
is Senior Vice President and Head of Administration & Materials
Management Group of PLDT and concurrently with Smart

and Business at the Ateneo de Manila Univ., Rockwell Center. He is
also a member of the Board of Advisors at AIM-C.V. Starr Center

present the Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Corporate
Services of Meralco; Chairman of
Outsourced Teleserve Corporation (OTC); PBA Governor of the
Philippine Basketball Association (PBA); Trustee and Vice
President of Meralco Millenium Foundation, Inc.(MMFI) and MMLDC
Foundation Inc.; Trustee of the Meralco Pension Fund; Director in
the following companies: Landbees Corporation, Miescor Board, CIS
Bayad Center, and GEPMICI .

Mr. ROGER M. MURGA
is a graduate of BS Mechanical Engineering from the
University of the Philippines
(Diliman). He has more than thirty (30) years of
experience in Engineering and Construction as
Engineer and Professional Manager.
He completed the International Senior Managers
Program, an off-campus management program of
Harvard Business School
and attended various management programs and
seminars in the Philippines
and abroad.
He started as Production Manager in EEI Corporation
and subsequently elected as President and Chief
Operating Officer and retired as Vice Chairman. He
also became President and Chief Executive Officer of
National Power Corporation. Currently, he sits as an
independent director of MIESCOR and Chairman of
Private Infra Development Corporation.

Ms. BETTY C. SIY-YAP
Senior Vice President and is the current Chief
Finance Officer of Meralco. She graduated from the
University of the Philippines with a degree of
Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and
Accountancy. She earned her MBA from J.L. Kellogg
School of Management of Northwestern University and
the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
She also attended the Special Executive Program in
Finance at the Arthur D. Little Management Institute
of Cambridge, Massachusetts, USA. She is a member of
the Board of Directors of Republic Surety and
