President
|
|
JESUS P. FRANCISCO
is currently the President and CEO of the Meralco
Industrial Engineering Services Corporation
{MIESCOR), a subsidiary of the Manila Electric
Company (MERALCO). He is likewise the President of
Miescorrail Inc., a newly-created subsidiary company
of MIESCOR, Clark Electric Distribution Corporation
(CEDC), Landbees Corporation and Meralco Energy Inc.
(MEI).
Prior to his
appointment as President of these companies, Mr.
Francisco was the President and Chief Operating
Officer of MERALCO from July 1, 2001 to January 31,
2009. He likewise served the same company as
Consultant and Director from February 1, 2009 until
his retirement in June 30, 2009.
He
is also the Chairman of the Board of Miescor
Builders Inc., Landbees Corporation, Vice Chairman
of Meralco Energy, Inc., Director of Miescor, Clark
Electric Distribution Corporation and Miescorrail
Inc.
Aside from his
commitment to the above named companies, he is actively involved
as Chairman of the Board, Haribon Foundation; Trustee, Preferred
Energy, Inc.; Member, Philippine Foundation for Science and
Technology; and Chairman Emeritus, UP Engineering Research and
Development Foundation, Inc.
He is an
alumnus of the University of the Philippines Diliman having
obtained a Mechanical and Electrical Engineering degrees in 1963
and 1966, respectively. In 1971, he earned his Master's Degree
in Business Management and graduated with distinction from the
Washington Sycip Graduate School of Business, Asian Institute of
Management. Also in 1982, he successfully completed Harvard
School's International Senior Managers Program in Vevey
Switzerland, an off-campus management program, and in 1986, the
Strategic Business Economics Program, University of Asia and the
Pacific.

is Senior Vice President and Head of Administration & Materials
Management Group of PLDT and concurrently Smart Communications,

ROGER M. MURGA
is a graduate of BS Mechanical Engineering from the
University of the Philippines
(Diliman). He has more than thirty (30) years experience in Engineering and Construction as
Engineer and Professional Manager.
He completed the International Senior Managers
Program, an off-campus management program of
Harvard Business School
and attended various management programs and
seminars in the Philippines
and abroad.
He started as Production Manager in EEI Corporation
and subsequently elected President and Chief
Operating Officer and retired as Vice Chairman. He
was also President and Chief Executive Officer of
National Power Corporation. Currently, he sits as an
independent director of MIESCOR and Chairman of
Private Infra Development Corporation.

BETTY C. SIY-YAP
Senior Vice President and is the current Chief
Finance Officer of Meralco. She graduated from the
University of the Philippines with a degree of
Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and
Accountancy. She earned her MBA from J.L. Kellogg
School of Management at Northwestern University and
the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
She also attended the Special Executive Program in
Finance at the Arthur D. Little Management Institute
at Cambridge, Massachusetts, USA. She is a member of
the Board of Directors of Republic Surety and
Insurance Company Inc., MIESCORRail Inc., Clark
Electric Distribution Corporation, General Electric
Philippines Meter and Instrument Co. Inc., Rockwell
Land Corporation, CIS Bayad Center, MERALCO
